PROOF OF CONSENT POLICY

SMS PROOF OF CONSENT

Clients provide express consent to receive text messages by texting a keyword (e.g., “HOME”) to my Twilio number or by submitting their number via web form or direct mail response. At the time of opt-in, they are clearly informed that they agree to receive SMS updates related to my real estate services, listings, or offers, that message/data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting in, each client receives an automated confirmation message from my Twilio number restating these terms and providing opt-out instructions. Records of all opt-ins, including timestamps and originating numbers, are securely maintained through Twilio logs and my CRM to demonstrate proof of consent and ensure ongoing compliance with SMS regulations.
